热发泡喷墨技术(Thermal Inkjet Technolog)
简称TIJ,是利用一个薄膜电阻器,在墨水喷出区中将小于0.5%的墨水加热,形成一个汽泡。这个汽泡以极快的速度(小于10微秒)扩展开来,迫使墨滴从喷嘴喷出。汽泡再继续成长数微秒,便消逝回到电阻器上。当汽泡消逝,喷嘴的墨水便缩回。接着表面张力会产生吸力。
